The ellesse website is designed to be as easy as possible to use when searching for and ordering your items.
Desktop or laptop users can filter products by using the navigation on the left hand side of the page.
You can also search directly for a specific item by using the search boxes at the top of the page or in the footer of the website. Search by product name.
To view more product information, or to purchase, click the product image. Once you've found a product you like you can follow the simple process to place you order.

You can place as many items as you would like in your shopping basket just select the size and quantity, then click the "ADD TO BASKET" button on the product page. To access your cart, click the shopping basket icon in the upper right corner.
Items added to the shopping basket are not reserved until you proceed to checkout and could be purchased by another user prior to you checking out.
When you're ready to purchase, review all of the items in your shopping basket. Click "REMOVE" to take any products out of your basket or you can additionally change the quantity of the product that is in your basket. Click "CHECKOUT" when you're ready to purchase.
You can place your order as an ellesse member or use the guest checkout. We do require an email address to place an order online.
Checkout is three easy steps: delivery, payment and order preview.
Verify your address and delivery information before submitting your order. For your protection, the delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been submitted. Please get in touch is you have any problems with your delivery details
REVIEW AND PLACE YOUR ORDER
Please review all of the information you provided, and make any changes before clicking "PLACE ORDER". After placing your order, an order confirmation page with your order number and details will appear you will also receive an order confirmation email. When your order is despatched you will receive and email with the details of your despatched order and the tracking information to allow you to track the order.
Will I be told if an item is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock you will not be able to order it. You can also request to be notified by email when a product comes back into stock by contacting email@example.com
What happens once I place my order?
When you complete your payment you will receive a confirmation e-mail to advise you that we are processing your order. We will contact you by email in the event that we need further information from you, or if there is a problem with your order.
